As I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree on Criminal Justice and have an aim to become a law enforcement officer, my “Next step goal” would be to pursue a post-secondary education and then successfully enroll myself into the police academy for undergoing training. New Trends of selection are being followed by hiring managers of different agencies. I am aware that hiring mangers mostly do look for applications who holds a Certificate in Policing and simultaneously have an acceptable A level certificate of the relevant roles ans responsibilities that the candidate would be asked to perform upon.
